Return Policy

**Order Cancellation**

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

**Return Policy**

Our return policy is 30 days. If your purchase exceeds 30 days, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

**Non-Returnable Items:**

- Customized products made to your personal specifications

- "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.



A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please do not send your purchased item back to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, we may only offer partial refunds (if applicable):

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

**Refunds (if applicable)**

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, typically completed within a few days.

**Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)**

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

**Exchanges (if applicable)**

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product. You can reach us at info@knoteast.com.

**Gifts**

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift return credit. Once we receive the returned item, we will send a gift voucher via email.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift purchaser had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will issue a refund to the gift purchaser, who will be informed of your return.

**Return Shipping Costs**

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
